Dr. Prashant Rao

Dr. Prashant Rao has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Human Resources at Deepak Group Co since November 2018. Prior roles include Managing Business Partner and Assistant Vice President of HR at Reliance Industries Limited, where responsibilities included driving HR transformation and delivering HR solutions. Additionally, Dr. Rao held senior HR positions at Schneider Electric, Essar Steel Limited, Vedanta Resources, and Aditya Birla Group, emphasizing organizational development, engagement, and capacity building in each role. Dr. Rao earned a PhD in HR Business Partnering and holds multiple degrees in human resources and chemistry.
