Dr.ravindra Bachute

Dr. Ravindra Bachute has extensive work experience in the field of research and development in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr.Ravindra started their career as a Scientific Officer at Lupin Laboratories Limited in 1994, where they gained valuable experience in handling antibiotic products and various research skills. In 2000, they diverted their career to pursue a PhD. After completing their PhD, they joined Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited in 2005 as an Executive in Chemical R&D, where they led a team of researchers and was involved in literature search, project handling, and technology transfer. In 2007, Dr. Bachute joined Innovassynth Technologies (I) Limited as a Lead Scientist in R&D, where they coordinated a team of chemists and scientists and managed multiple projects. Dr.Ravindra then moved to Ipca Laboratories Limited in 2011 as a Manager in Chemical R&D, overseeing a team of researchers and handling activities such as new molecule development, process development, and cost reductions. Currently, Dr. Bachute is the Senior Manager and R&D Head at Deepak Novochem Technologies Ltd, where they lead a team of 20 individuals and is responsible for various R&D activities.

Dr. Ravindra Bachute obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Heterocyclic (Organic) Chemistry from S.S.G.M. College in Kopargaon. Dr.Ravindra was enrolled in this program from 2000 to 2005.
