Victor Kümpel

Victor K. has extensive experience in operations and service delivery across various sectors, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at a local manufacturing and trading company since March 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing overall operations and business profitability in the APAC region. Victor also holds the position of Director of Service Delivery at an IT & Research Company, focusing on establishing operational strategies and customer satisfaction initiatives since March 2011. In addition, Victor has acted as Deputy Programme Manager at an IT Company since January 2009, mentoring project managers and managing service delivery. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Operations at a Technology & Research Company from March 2014 to March 2016, where Victor was responsible for operations management in aviation and aerospace sectors for clients across Asia, the Middle East, and the USA.
