Dhruv Arya

Dhruv Arya's work experience begins in 2009 with a summer internship at Steria (Xansa) Ltd., where they built an application to monitor employee productivity. In 2010, they were a research intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where they proposed a digital image watermarking algorithm. In 2012, they worked as a financial software developer intern at Bloomberg LP. Later that year, they became a teaching assistant at the University of Pennsylvania and a research assistant for the Nebula project.

Starting in 2013, Dhruv joined LinkedIn as a software engineer, focusing on search quality and later becoming a senior software engineer. Dhruv built personalized federated search algorithms, implemented search relevance metrics, and developed machine learning-based ranking models. In 2016, they gave an invited talk and presented a tutorial at SIGIR' 16 in Pisa, Italy.

In 2017, Dhruv co-founded DeepConverse, where they currently serve as the co-founder and CTO. DeepConverse is an AI and automation platform that helps businesses automate and scale their customer conversations.

Dhruv Arya's education history begins with their enrollment at Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan from 1992 to 2007. During this period, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study.

In 2007, Dhruv went on to attend Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology. Their studies at this institution lasted until 2011.

Following their undergraduate studies, Dhruv Arya continued their education at the University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2013. There, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science.
