Marketing Lead at Deeper

Ieva Sakalauskaitė has extensive work experience in various marketing and management roles. Ieva is currently working as the Head of Growth Marketing at Deeper, UAB, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of E-commerce & Marketplaces Communication at the same company from January 2021 to January 2023. Ieva also held the role of Head of Brand Ambassador Program from February 2020 to January 2021 at Deeper, UAB.

Before joining Deeper, UAB, Ieva worked as a Digital Project Manager at Inspired UM from April 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Marketing and Trade Show Manager at Deeper, UAB from September 2015 to April 2019. In this role, they were responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate trade shows, as well as managing trade show promotional plans.

Ieva also gained valuable experience as a Baltic Region Marketing Executive at Stilago by Studio Moderna Fashion Group from September 2013 to June 2015. Ieva previously served as a Customer Care Manager at the same company from May 2012 to September 2013. Additionally, they worked as a VIP Customer Manager at UAB Promo sportas in June and July 2010.

Ieva Sakalauskaitė completed their high school education at Private School "Šiuolaikinės mokyklos centras" from 1998 to 2010. Following that, they attended Mykolas Romeris University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law, starting in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Ieva Sakalauskaitė received the following: an Advanced Certificate in Effectiveness from IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) in April 2021, a certification in Marketing communications and Consumer perspective from KOG rinkodaros ir komunikacijos mokslų institutas in February 2020, a Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) certification from Northern Illinois University in 2019, project management courses from CRC Consulting in October 2017, attended the Facebook Marketing Conference on quality communication, analysis, and advertising techniques in social networks organized by Socialus Marketingas in October 2011, and participated in efficiency improvement training with Google Analytics from Digital Academy Baltics.
