Jolanta Palumickienė

Jolanta Palumickienė has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jolanta is currently serving as an IT Project Manager at Deeper, UAB since March 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded Afterway in 2020 and held the position of Co-Founder & Product Owner.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Jolanta worked as a Supply Officer at MT Group from May 2018 to March 2022. Jolanta'sresponsibilities included maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating costs, and maintaining records.

Jolanta also co-founded Brentiv in 2017 and served as a Product Owner. Jolanta'srole included driving product development, analyzing customer needs, and reviewing and testing system updates.

Jolanta gained experience in the finance industry at Western Union, where they held roles as a Buyer from July 2016 to May 2018, and as an Accounts Payable Specialist from April 2015 to July 2016. Jolanta'sresponsibilities included managing purchase orders, processing invoices, and providing customer support.

Jolanta started their career at Swedbank in 2014, initially working as a Probationer at the Mortgage Centre, assisting clients with mortgage and loan inquiries. Jolanta later transitioned to the role of a Client Consultant, providing banking and financial advice to private and corporate clients.

Jolanta also gained valuable experience as an intern at the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists in 2013. Jolanta'sduties included conducting market research, contacting business partners, and assisting with media announcements.

Throughout their career, Jolanta has demonstrated a strong focus on project management, product development, supplier relations, finance, and customer service.

Jolanta Palumickienė earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vilnius University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Jolanta also obtained a Bachelor's degree in English linguistics from the same university, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015. Jolanta went on to pursue a Master's degree in European Economic Studies at Vilnius University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their university education, they attended Vilnius Žvėrynas Gymnasium from 2003 to 2011.
