Žydrė Kiedaitė

Žydrė Kiedaitė has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Žydrė is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at Deeper, UAB, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SEB Global Services as the Head of Digital Processing Solutions from March 2020 to March 2021. In 2019, Žydrė was a co-organizer of content at the 4th Conference "Išdrįsk pradėti. Šiandien" 2020 ("Dare to start. Today") at Išdrįsk pradėti.

Žydrė worked as the Head of Innovation and Process Development at Green Genius Global (Modus group) from May 2018 to July 2019. In this role, Žydrė created a data-driven business line strategy for renewable energy producers and led R&D initiatives for energy storage solutions.

Prior to that, they were a Development Team Manager at Swedbank from June 2017 to May 2018, where they were responsible for CRM development strategy and the implementation of Agile development processes. Žydrė also successfully launched a minimal viable product during their time at Swedbank.

Žydrė also worked at Telia Lietuva as a Team Manager in the Product Development department from January 2017 to July 2017. Here, they developed product sales processes and implemented new roaming product platforms.

Before joining Telia Lietuva, Žydrė was a Product Manager in the Product Development department at Telia (Omnitel) from October 2012 to January 2017. During this time, they accelerated revenue growth for mobile internet and roaming services by introducing new products, pricing concepts, and enhancing the customer experience.

Žydrė also worked as a Product Manager and Project Manager at DNB from February 2011 to October 2012, where they focused on the payment cards business and partnership development.

Žydrė'searlier experience includes working as a Project Manager at SEB Lietuvoje from January 2008 to March 2010, where they led business transformation and migration activities in the payment card area.

Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at "EITS", Ltd. from October 2006 to November 2007.

Overall, Žydrė Kiedaitė has a strong background in innovation, strategy development, and project management, with experience in various sectors including finance, telecommunications, and renewable energy.

Žydrė Kiedaitė has an extensive education history. Žydrė attended Vilnius Salomėja Neris’ gymnasium from 1992 to 2002. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a Bachelor degree in Law at Mykolas Romeris University from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they obtained a Master degree in Law from the same university, specializing in Law and Management from 2006 to 2008.

In 2009, Kiedaitė furthered their education by enrolling at Vilnius University. There, they obtained a Master degree in Business Management with a focus on Economics and Business Management, which they completed in 2011.

Continuing their education, Kiedaitė participated in the IT/IP Business Competence Development Programme at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2016. Žydrė also undertook a Business Acumen Program at Hanken & SSE Executive Education in 2014.

Additionally, Kiedaitė holds a PRINCE2 Project Management Certificate from APM Group, although the specific time of obtaining this certification is not provided.
