Alexandrah Deuz

Alexandrah Deuz is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Deepgram since November 2023, Alexandrah previously held the same position at Aux Team Corporation from June 2022 to November 2023. From February 2020 to June 2022, Alexandrah worked as a Human Resources Analyst focused on talent acquisition at Reed Elsevier Philippines, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment processes, stakeholder management, and project improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes the role of Human Resources Assistant at Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. from January 2018 to February 2020, which involved recruitment activities and ensuring service level agreements were met. Alexandrah holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Miriam College.
