Karlyse Bailey

Karlyse Bailey, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in revenue accounting and accounts receivable management. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue and AR at Deepgram since June 2025, Karlyse has held progressively responsible roles at Benchling from August 2019 to June 2025, including Revenue Accounting Senior Manager and Revenue Accounting Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Confluent as a Staff Accountant and KPMG as an Audit Associate, along with various roles during academic tenure at Santa Clara University and internships at Course Hero, Inc., and USA Rugby. Karlyse earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Santa Clara University, supplemented by an Honors Diploma from Brentwood High School and attendance at Stanford University High School Summer College.
