Lou Esposito

Lou Esposito is a Senior Vice President at Deephaven Mortgage. Lou has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

Lou started their career at GMAC ResCap in 1998 as a Managing Director. Lou then moved to United Guaranty Corporation in 2007 as a Vice President of National Accounts. In 2011, they became a Senior Vice President at Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS).

In 2017, Lou became a Vice President at Fannie Mae. Lou then moved to Verus Mortgage Capital in 2018 as a Senior Vice President.

Lou joined Deephaven Mortgage in January 2019 as a Vice President of Client Development and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2020.

Lou Esposito has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University and a Master's Degree in Finance from Roosevelt University.
