Adeniyi Odefunso

Adeniyi Odefunso has worked in the IT industry since 2008. Adeniyi has experience in cyber security, web application development, web design, and computer engineering.

In 2020, they began working as a Cyber Security Engineer for DeepHow. In this role, they are responsible for defining risk analysis for feature design, maintaining security systems, and providing operational deployment and IT support.

From 2016 to 2020, Adeniyi worked as a Senior Technical Analyst for Afenoid, a company involved in Business Technology Optimization, Management Systems Consulting and Competency Development Programmes. In this role, they handled software development, design, and maintenance of Web applications and websites for organisations and clients, as well as coordinated management systems assessment, implementation, audit and training (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 27032, ISO 21500).

From 2016 to 2014, Adeniyi worked as a Web Application Developer for Gracelink Computech Ventures. In this role, they implemented and executed web design and web application projects, created, crafted and implemented graphic designing of banners, logos and pictures, and trained and tutored students in web development technologies.

From 2014 to 2008, Adeniyi worked as an Instructor, Freelancer, Developer for COMPUNET LIMITED. In this role, they developed and implemented websites and web applications ideas with a team of developers, redesigned existing websites to improve user experience, identified and quickly resolved problems during the initial stages of development, and integrated data from various back-end services and databases.

Adeniyi also worked as a Web Designer/Developer for Gracelink Computech Ventures from 2008 to 2014. In this role, they provided system support and implemented computer networking projects in different schools and organisations, planned, managed and executed the installation of over 25 vehicle security systems, and coordinated website design projects. Additionally, they worked as a Computer Engineer/Utility Manager for Gracelink Computech Ventures.

Adeniyi Odefunso has a diverse educational background. Adeniyi attended Saint Francis Catholic College, Oyo from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Science. Adeniyi then attended Ladigbolu Grammar School, Oyo from 2003 to 2005. Adeniyi then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Ekiti State University from 2010 to 2013. Adeniyi is currently enrolled in PECB University, where they are pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Management System Administration, which they are expected to complete by 2022.
