Jaroslaw (Jarek) Kutylowski

Jaroslaw Kutylowski is the CEO and Founder of DeepL, a position held since July 2017. Prior to this role, Kutylowski served as the Chief Technology Officer at Linguee from December 2012 to July 2017. Earlier in the career, leadership in software development was demonstrated as the Head of Software Development at Andagon GmbH from July 2008 to November 2012, and as the Technology Manager at Vodafone from October 2007 to July 2008. Additionally, Kutylowski worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Paderborn between October 2004 and September 2007. Kutylowski holds a PhD in Computer Science from Paderborn University (2004-2007) and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wroclaw (2001-2004).
