Ralph Meyfarth

Ralph Meyfarth has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ralph is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Deep Safety GmbH, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to that, in 2015, they became the Chairman of SemperConnect GmbH. In the same year, they also worked as a Business Development & Management Consultant as an entrepreneur.

From November 2015 to January 2021, Meyfarth served as the General Manager of Hangsheng Technology GmbH, where they were responsible for building an innovative Car Connectivity Platform. Ralph founded the German R&D center and introduced the automotive development process during their tenure.

Before their time at Hangsheng Technology GmbH, Meyfarth briefly held the position of Managing Director at lesswire GmbH from January 2015 to June 2015. However, their most significant role before that was as the CEO & Founder of lesswire AG, a technology company specializing in wireless communication. Ralph successfully led the business development of automotive-qualified wireless modules and systems during their tenure from April 1999 to January 2015.

Meyfarth's early career includes working as a Project Manager and Management Consultant at Siemens Management Consulting from 1994 to 1999, where they led various benchmarking, business reengineering, strategy, and innovation projects. Ralph also served as a Development Engineer at Siemens from 1991 to 1994, focusing on planning and optimizing manufacturing sites and implementing intelligent manufacturing concepts based on AI.

At the start of their career, Meyfarth worked as an Assistant Professor for Computer Science at TU München from 1985 to 1990. Ralph participated in research projects related to autonomous automation concepts and data modeling for factory automation.

Overall, Ralph Meyfarth has held leadership and entrepreneurial roles in various companies, specializing in areas such as car connectivity, wireless communication, and manufacturing optimization.

Ralph Meyfarth completed their education in computer science from various universities. Ralph started their studies in 1979 at the Technische Universität Darmstadt, where they received a Vor-Diplom degree in computer science in 1982. Ralph then pursued further education at the Technical University of Munich from 1982 to 1985. During this period, they obtained a Diplom degree as well as a Doktor rer.nat. degree, both in the field of computer science.
