Iwo Naglik

Iwo Naglik has been working in the data science field since 2019. In that year, they joined GHOST - Group Of Horribly Optimistic STatisticians as a Member, where they participated in research sections related to machine learning topics such as NLP, XAI, and Kaggle competition section. Iwo also prepared presentations related to currently discussed topics and worked with state-of-the-art papers.

In 2021, Iwo Naglik joined the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center as a Junior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer, where they were responsible for detecting anomalies, predicting values in time series, and predicting failures as part of the shop4cf project.

In 2019, Iwo Naglik also joined BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as a SQL Developer. In this role, they implemented Python scripts to speed up the company process of code archiving, created SQL statements for company purpose, and completed training of managing Microsoft SQL Server.

In 2022, Iwo Naglik joined deepsense.ai as a Data Scientist. Iwo is currently working in this role.

Lastly, Iwo Naglik is set to join Politechnika Poznańska in 2023 as a Data Scientist.

Iwo Naglik attended Poznan University of Technology from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained an Inżynier (Inż.) degree in Informatyka. Iwo then continued their studies at the same university from 2021 to 2022, where they obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Informatyka, specjalność sztuczna inteligencja. Additionally, in March 2021, they obtained a Natural Language Processing Specialization from Coursera.
