Malgorzata Prendota

Malgorzata Prendota has worked in the field of bot building since 2016. Malgorzata began their career at VoiceLab.AI - Conversational Intelligence, where they held the roles of Product Manager, Project Manager, Data Manager, and Transcriptionist. In their role as Product Manager, they were responsible for overseeing VoiceLab's Cognitive Automation product planning and strategy, as well as creating and ensuring accurate, consistent, and trustworthy voicebot and chatbot content. In their role as Project Manager, they worked closely with the company's ML and NLP developer teams to ensure high quality solutions and deliver a satisfying customer experience for large corporate client accounts. In 2022, they began working at deepset as a Product Manager.

Malgorzata Prendota completed their Engineer Studies in Engineering Management at Gdańsk University of Technology from 2012 to 2016. Malgorzata then went on to pursue their Master Studies in Cultural Studies: Culture Management at the University of Gdansk from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they also completed their set design techniques fine artist - fashion designer certification in Fashion Design at MSKPU | International School of Costume and Fashion Design, Warsaw from 2013 to 2016.
