Helen Caron

Helen Caron is a seasoned cybersecurity and program management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and programs at notable organizations, including Deepwatch and Deloitte. Currently serving as Senior Director of the MXDR Product and Program Management Office at Deepwatch, Helen was specifically chosen by the Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer to establish the Product Management Organization within a rapidly growing cybersecurity startup. Prior to this role, Helen held various leadership positions at Deloitte, where accomplishments included creating and refining the Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) Managed Services Platform's Program Management Office, leading significant transformation projects in the energy and healthcare sectors, and managing large teams for critical cybersecurity initiatives. Helen's career also includes significant tenure at Lockheed Martin, encompassing diverse technical and managerial roles.
