Gilman R. Ouellette Sr.

Gilman R. Ouellette Sr. is currently working as a Project Manager at Deer Brook Consulting since October 2023. Prior to this, Gilman R. held the role of IT Director for Application Development at the Office of Information Technology for the State of Maine. Before that, Gilman R. served as the PMO Director in the Information Technology Department at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Starting their career as a Senior Project Manager at Montefiore Medical Center, Gilman R. has a background in IT project management and application development. Gilman holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University, an MBA in Business Administration/Computer Sciences from Iona University, and a BS in Education from Niagara University.
