Colin Raley

Colin Raley currently serves as the Assistant Director of Special Services and Secondary Coordinator of Special Services at Deer Creek School District since July 2023. Prior to this, Colin Raley worked as a Special Education Dispute Resolution Specialist at the Oklahoma State Department of Education from June 2018 to August 2023 and as a Special Education Teacher at Putnam City Schools from August 2013 to May 2018. Colin Raley holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, obtained from the University of Central Oklahoma between 2014 and 2017, and another Master’s Degree in Adult Education with an emphasis in Training & Development from the same institution, earned from 2009 to 2012. Colin Raley also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Southern Nazarene University from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, Colin Raley completed LOYAL Class XII.
