Otr/L Sophie Semel

Sophie Semel, OTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist currently working at Deer Meadows Retirement Community since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sophie completed Level II fieldwork at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA, and HealthPRO Heritage, both involving comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation. Educationally, Sophie holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, both from the University of Scranton. Additional experience includes various Level I fieldworks in psychosocial rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation, and pediatrics, along with leadership roles and tutoring at the University of Scranton.
