Jennifer Wilson, MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Jennifer began their career in 1997 at National City Bank as an Account Analyst, where they processed mutual fund and stock trades and implemented procedures to improve department efficiency. In 2002, they joined Community Alliance as a Financial Assessment Specialist, where they performed intake and assessments for individuals, made decisions regarding admission and appropriate programs, and assisted with acquiring financial services. Since 2004, Jennifer has been with Deer Oaks - The Behavioral Health Solution, initially as the Chief Operations Officer and currently as the President & Chief Operations Officer. In this role, they are responsible for strategic planning for a large behavioral health organization across 24 states, with a team of 300+ clinicians. Jennifer works with organization leaders to align systems and processes, utilizes root-cause analysis for intervention and change, and ensures the achievement of organizational goals. Jennifer's extensive experience and expertise make their a valuable asset to any organization.
Jennifer Wilson, MBA, SPHR received a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from Indiana University Bloomington from 2016 to 2017. From 1994 to 2001, they completed their undergraduate studies at Western Michigan University, earning a BA in Social Psychology, Social Work, and Economics. Jennifer also obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General, from Indiana University Bloomington, although the start and end years are not provided. In addition to their educational background, Jennifer holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute, which they obtained in May 2015.
