Katerina Schroeder

Katerina Schroeder is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as the Communications and Marketing Manager at Deerfield Public Library since June 2025, Katerina has previously held the role of Communications Specialist at Deerfield Public Schools District 109, where significant achievements included leading a website migration and executing a highly engaged staff-featured campaign. Katerina's earlier experience includes positions at American National, where roles encompassed Associate Market Manager and Marketing Specialist with a focus on digital marketing and agent engagement. Prior to this, Katerina gained valuable skills as a Customer Service Representative at Watts Water Technologies and as a Communication Intern for the Springfield Police Department. Katerina holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Missouri State University.
