Currently serving as Assistant Superintendent and Director for Learning & Innovation at Deerfield Public Schools District 109 since July 2017, Danielle has a strong background in school leadership acquired through previous positions such as Principal and Assistant Principal at Quincy Senior High School, Principal at Monroe Elementary, and Special Education Coordinator/Teacher at Quincy Public Schools from 2001 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Danielle worked as a Special Education Teacher at Rantoul Township High School from 1998 to 2001. Danielle's educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Western Illinois University, along with specialist and master's degrees from William Woods University, and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from MacMurray College.
