Chris Bannan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Chris most recently served as the Vice President of Media at Deerfield - Agency of Brand® starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at AstraZeneca from 2018 to 2021, holding positions such as Director of Global Channel Excellence and Leader of Global Channel Excellence (Paid Media & Search). At AstraZeneca, they led a team of digital subject matter experts and achieved significant accomplishments in optimizing digital channels and driving ROI. Before AstraZeneca, Chris worked at Compas, Inc. as the Director of Programmatic Media Buying, where they significantly increased revenue and expanded the utilization of a healthcare-focused DSP. Chris also gained experience at TPG as the Director of Digital Media & Optimization and as an SEO Director and Engineer. Early in their career, they worked at Razorfish as an SEO Analyst and Associate Analyst. Chris began their career at Gravic, Inc. as an Associate Webmaster and at the WCU Office of Greek Life and Student Organizations as a Webmaster and Leadership Consultant.
