Drita Dhami

Drita Dhami has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Drita is currently working at Deerfield – Agency of Brand® as an Associate Director Product Management, a role they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, they were a Web Developer at the same company from August 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining Deerfield, Drita worked as a Technical Project Manager and Full Stack Web Developer as a freelancer. Drita utilized their past experiences in healthcare, e-commerce, and the service industries to assist organizations and individuals in managing development and IT projects. Their role involved overseeing projects from conception to execution, prioritizing communication and organization to ensure desired outcomes were achieved. Drita started their freelance work in May 2018.

From February 2015 to July 2017, Drita served as the Director of Operations at RegDesk, a leading crowdsourcing marketplace for healthcare experts focused on regulatory, quality, privacy, and reimbursement. Their responsibilities included coordinating with in-country consultants and providing regulatory requirements to healthcare companies.

Prior to their freelance and RegDesk roles, Drita worked at IRD Services as a Sales & Project Manager from May 2013 to August 2014. Drita began their career at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center as a Lab Assistant, where they worked from March 2009 to September 2012.

Drita Dhami began their education at Drexel University, where they studied Business/Corporate Communications and graduated in 2011. Drita then went on to pursue further education at Penn State University, specializing in Information Sciences & Technology with a focus on Design & Development. Drita also completed a Certificate of Completion in Full Stack Web Development at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2017, they obtained a Certification in Project Management PMBOK® Guide Sixth Edition from Rutgers University. Additionally, Drita has expressed interest in Health Innovation & Entrepreneurship, but it is unclear if they have obtained any certifications or degrees in this field.
