Bibek Dahal

Bibek Dahal has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Bibek started their career as an Intern and Trainee at Swift Technology Pvt. Ltd in 2012, where they worked as a Java Developer. Bibek then joined Deerwalk Inc as a Software QA Engineer and later became the Production QA Team Lead/Reporting Manager, responsible for delivering Big Data solutions to the healthcare industry. After that, they worked at The Innovia Group LLC as a Test Engineer Level 3, where they set up QA processes and methodologies. Following this, they joined IT Training Nepal as a Software QA Trainer, where they provided training in software QA. Bibek then moved to Cotiviti Private Limited as a Senior Software Engineer (QA), involved in test automation using Page Object model with various languages. At the same company, they also worked as a Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer, leading QA members of different scrum teams and mentoring them. Bibek also worked as a Lecturer in marketing at Kantipur Valley College. Continuing their teaching career, they worked as a Lecturer at Cosmos College of Management and Technology and as a College Lecturer at Himalayan WhiteHouse International College. Bibek Dahal also worked at Deerwalk Compware Ltd as a QA Trainer. Currently, they are working at Deerhold Ltd as an Associate QA Manager, responsible for resource planning, test automation, and the implementation of industry-standard testing processes.

Bibek Dahal completed their High School education at Arunima Higher Secondary School from 2006 to 2008, with a focus on Management. Bibek then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Management (BIM) from KIST College of Management in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, Nepal. Bibek studied there from 2008 to 2012, specializing in Computer and Information Sciences.

Bibek furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Kantipur Valley College in Kumaripati, Lalitpur. Bibek attended the college from 2013 to 2016 and studied Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Bibek has acquired various certifications. Bibek obtained the SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2019, and the SAFe Architect Certification Certification from the same institution in January 2020. Furthermore, they completed a Data Science Specialization program and several related courses, such as Developing Data Products, Practical Machine Learning, Regression Models, Statistical Inference, Exploratory Data Analysis, Getting and Cleaning Data, R Programming, Reproducible Research, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox, all from Coursera Course Certificates. These certifications were obtained between April 2016 and May 2016.
