Cynthia L. Specht is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance, horse rehabilitation, and baking. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Technician at Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes since June 2020, Cynthia also operates Canter Lilly Stables, specializing in the rehabilitation and breeding of Thoroughbred racehorses. Additionally, Cynthia has owned and operated Sweet Euphoria, crafting all-natural premium sweets from scratch, and held various baking positions at Historic Smithton Inn and Bird in Hand Bakery. Education was completed at Ephrata Senior High.
