Joe Bauer

Joe Bauer is currently the President of Metro Market at Deerwood Bank. Joe has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Joe Bauer started their career as a Commercial Loan Officer at Riverside Bank in 1997. In 2000, they became a Senior Consultant at LarsonAllen and then Vice President of Commercial Banking at Associated Bank in 2002. In 2007, they were recruited by Marshall BankFirst to be their Vice President of Commercial Banking. Joe Bauer has been with Deerwood Bank since September 2007 and was promoted to President of Metro Market in 2016.

Joe Bauer attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they earned their MBA in Finance and Strategic Management. Prior to that, they earned their BA in Economics from St. Cloud State University.
