Benjamin Guincestre

Benjamin Guincestre has a strong background in engineering and project management. Benjamin started their career at Volvo Technology, where they served as a Project Manager and System Engineer, overseeing R&D projects in driver assistance technology. After that, they joined GROUPE IT LINK - IT Link System + IPSIS as a Project Manager, responsible for software development projects in various industries.

In 2014, Benjamin joined Deezer, initially working as a Project Manager, assisting with requirements formalization and project monitoring. Benjamin then moved on to become a Technical Manager, overseeing the Catalog, CRM, and Royalties technical teams. Following that, they assumed the role of Head of Engineering - Content, where they focused on the ingestion, management, and analysis of content on the Deezer platform. Most recently, Benjamin has been serving as the VP Engineering Core Product, responsible for the main application development at Deezer across Android, Desktop, and iOS platforms.

Benjamin Guincestre attended Polytech Lyon from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Applied Mathematics and Modeling.
