Benoîte Nouet has a diverse and extensive work experience in various marketing and leadership roles. Benoîte started their career as a Chargée de Communication at the Ministry of Education, where they worked on prevention campaigns against violence in schools. Benoîte then moved on to work as a Chargée d'études at Danone, managing panels and conducting product tests. Benoîte later worked at Unilever as a Chef de produit, responsible for product management.

Benoîte then joined Change as a Chef de Marques, and later joined Groupe Soparind Bongrain, where they served as a Chef de Groupe Marketing.

Benoîte's career then led their to Florette, where they held the position of Directrice Marketing & Développement France- Bénélux, overseeing a team and focusing on brand strategy and innovation. Benoîte continued their career at Florette Holding as the Director of Marketing Innovation Development Europe, responsible for international brand strategy and corporate communication.

After their time at Florette Holding, Benoîte worked as the Directrice marketing France for Picadeli, a food tech startup. Benoîte managed marketing teams and developed brand communication strategies.

In 2016, Benoîte founded their own company, Madame ILLUSTRE ET ECRIT, where they offered brand and business strategy consulting services with a focus on their creative and leadership skills.

Most recently, Benoîte joined Deezer as the VP Brand Marketing / Head of France, responsible for leading the brand and marketing strategy in key markets and managing a team of marketers.

Benoîte Nouet obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Ressources humaines from Sciences Po in 1998. Benoîte then pursued a Master's degree in Etudes et Stratégie Marketing from Sciences Po, which they completed in 2000. In 2010, Benoîte Nouet attended EM Lyon for Management et Excellence, although the degree name is unspecified. Prior to their higher education, they completed their Baccalauréat at Lycée Léonard de Vinci from 1992 to 1995.
