Berkin Maden

Berkin Maden serves as the Chief E Commerce Global Marketplace Officer at DeFacto since February 2016, leading a team of over 70 employees and overseeing global e-commerce strategies across 50 marketplaces in 54 countries. Maden has managed significant multi-million-dollar budgets and established various marketplace working models, enabling rapid international expansion. Previous experience includes leadership roles in global e-commerce at DeFacto, Business Manager for Arcadia and Aurora Fashions at Shaya, and various positions at Levi Strauss & Co. and Gap Inc., with responsibilities ranging from sales management to merchandise and project merchandising. Education was completed at The University of Bolton from 1996 to 1999.
