Meryem Ceylan

Meryem Ceylan is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in international finance and accounting management. Currently serving as the International Accounting Senior Unit Manager at DeFacto since December 2020, Meryem oversees a team of seven and leads the accounting functions for multiple countries, ensuring timely financial reporting and effective audit engagement. Previously, Meryem held various finance roles at Qatar Airways from October 2004 to August 2020, including Finance Manager and Finance Supervisor, managing finance operations across numerous Turkish stations while adhering to regulatory compliance and conducting internal audits. Meryem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cyprus International University, graduating with a GPA of 3.96 and ranking first in a class of 390.
