Dany Srage

Dany Srage is a highly experienced data scientist and software engineer with a diverse background in various technology-driven roles. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist and Software Engineer at Defacto since March 2022, Dany is recognized as the first Data Scientist/Engineer and the third engineer overall, focusing on building infrastructure and models for credit scoring. Prior roles include leading the Data Science Guild at Mytraffic and working on production models for marketing and fraud detection at BlaBlaCar. Dany has also contributed to projects at Amazon and served as a software engineer intern at AeroFS and Amadeus IT Group, with a solid foundation in Python, machine learning, and various programming technologies. Dany holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematical Engineering from École nationale des ponts et chaussées.
