Ben Hutton

Ben Hutton is the Head of People & Capability at Defence Bank. Prior to this, Ben held various HR roles at TAL Australia and Defence Bank, where Ben was responsible for developing and delivering HR strategies to support business objectives. Ben also has experience in leadership, HR operations, and providing support and coaching to business leaders. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from La Trobe University.
