Irene Bell

Irene Bell is a seasoned management accountant with over 18 years of experience in the finance sector. Currently at Defence Bank Limited since August 2010, Irene has excelled in designing and implementing an Asset Liability Management system and establishing a Residential Mortgage Backed Securitization program. Prior to this, Irene served as a management accountant at Portland House Group, delivering treasury reports and managing tax calculations related to complex financial instruments. Earlier roles include product analyst at Bob Jane Corporation and assistant accountant at Want Giftware, where Irene managed costs and provided comprehensive accounting support. Irene holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional, a Masters of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, along with CPA qualifications.
