Barbara Flight

Barbara Flight, CD, is an experienced professional in real property management and strategic communications. Currently serving as the Ontario Regional Service Line Leader for Defence Construction Canada since November 2020, Barbara has also held the position of Manager for Real Property Operations Support within the organization. Prior to this role, Barbara was the Owner of PROPEL Strategies - Canada, where services were provided in strategic communications, content creation, and leadership development, among other areas. Previous positions include Senior Planner at IN Engineering + Surveying and Program Support Officer at Defence Construction Canada. Barbara's career began with the Department of National Defence, where responsibilities included Base and Area Development Officer. Education was attained at the University of Ottawa.
