David Loney

David Loney, FMP, currently serves as a Technical Specialist in Real Property Asset Management at Defence Construction Canada since September 2021, having previously held the position of Technical Specialist in Real Property Management. Prior to this role, David worked at CaraCo Group of Companies as a Commercial Property Manager and Operations Coordinator from February 2020 to September 2021. David's early career included positions at Marriott International as Operations Supervisor and Management Trainee between May 2017 and May 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce Honours (BCom) from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management from Humber College, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Queensland University of Technology.
