Shawna Arbuthnot

Shawna Arbuthnot is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and payroll, currently serving as the Manager of Compensation and Payroll at Defence Construction Canada since January 2005. With a progressive career at Defence Construction Canada, Shawna has held various roles including Team Leader and Compensation Specialist. Prior to this, Shawna gained valuable experience at Ceridian Canada Ltd. from October 1999 to December 2004, where roles included Project Specialist and Team Leader. Shawna holds a Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) designation from the Canadian Payroll Association, as well as a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification. Shawna also completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1992 to 1995.
