Operations Team

The Operations Team at Defence Construction Canada oversees the execution and management of construction projects on various defence sites. This includes coordinating project activities, ensuring site compliance with safety and environmental standards, and liaising with clients to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. The team is comprised of multiple Site Managers, a Regional Operations Manager, and a Deployed Operations Program Leader who collectively ensure the smooth and effective delivery of services across different locations.
