Laura McNally MBA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, management, and sustainability. Currently serving as the Op Delivery Lead at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S), Laura oversees the operation of aviation capability systems, ensuring optimization and managing future modifications. Previously, Laura was the Chief Executive Officer at Loch Insh Outdoor Centre and held significant roles in various organizations, including Forestry and Land Scotland as Area Visitor Services Manager, and as Managing Director of Squat Ltd, a sustainable sportswear startup.
