Mike Claridge OBE FCMI FCILT is a highly experienced senior supply chain manager at Defence Equipment & Support, overseeing the delivery and security of munitions for operational theatres and exercises since July 2013. With a distinguished military career in the British Army from June 1991 to June 2018, Mike served as a Lieutenant Colonel, where responsibilities included operational coordination, training, and logistics for an 800-personnel organization. Notable achievements include revitalizing a £500K project for a specialist training facility and leading diverse teams in various global deployments. Mike's education includes completion of the Advanced Command and Staff Course at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom, where distinguished performance was noted, alongside foundational training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
