Brooke Phillips

Brooke Phillips (nee Millar) is an experienced professional in change management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Change Management at Defence Housing Australia since November 2021. Previously, Brooke held multiple roles at the Australian Taxation Office, including Organisational Change Advisor and Change Manager from October 2019 to November 2021, and earlier positions as Change Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst from August 2013 to January 2019. A Senior Organisational Change Manager during a secondment at Brisbane City Council from February to September 2019, Brooke also worked as a Resource and Workforce Planner at Ausgrid from October 2011 to August 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Accounting from Deakin University, along with certifications in change management from Prosci and APMG International, and MSP certification in Managing Successful Programs.
