Chay Beng Tan

Chay Beng Tan is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and innovation within the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation for Human Resources and Head of Digital Innovation for Manpower at DSTA, Chay has extensive experience that includes a role as Vice President at Tech Vista Pte Ltd and Assistant Head of the Defence Technology Office in the Ministry of Defence of Singapore. Chay's career began as a Project Manager at DSTA, following a Master of Science in Engineering Management Systems from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
