Fu Jie Wong

Fu Jie Wong is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading software development initiatives at the Defense Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) since October 2021, currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer, focusing on agile methodologies and clean coding principles. Previously, as a Principal Engineer, Fu Jie Wong implemented strategies to elevate software quality through staff education and governance. With a background in enhancing machine learning and AI capabilities, Fu Jie Wong also completed a traineeship at Chalhoub Group, where a machine learning model improved product delivery oversight. Earlier roles at DSTA and Makino Asia Pte Ltd showcased expertise in agile methodologies and pioneering the application of C# and .NET technologies. Fu Jie Wong holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2008, and has furthered knowledge through a Master's program in Business Analytics.
