Melvin Tan

Melvin Tan is a Senior Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence at DSTA, leading initiatives to adapt AI models for specialized applications and overseeing the development of scalable multi-agent reinforcement learning tools. Previously, Melvin held the position of Lead Engineer at Raindrop Holdings LLP, where a team successfully prototyped an AI information retrieval system, with results showcased at TechLawFest.
