Leigh Gordon, MBA

Leigh Gordon, MBA, is a highly experienced professional with a diverse work history. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Franchise Business Consultant for Bakers Delight until 2002. Following this, they joined Neighbourhood Realty as the Managing Director from August 2002 to May 2010. Leigh then moved on to Epsilon, where they held two different roles. Leigh served as the Senior Client Account Director for Australia and New Zealand from May 2010 to October 2016. After that, they became the Senior Director and Head of APAC PMO, leading the Delivery Experience team from October 2016 to December 2020. Currently, Leigh works at DEFEND LTD. as a Senior Cybersecurity Programme Director, starting in February 2021. With their extensive background and expertise in various sectors, Leigh brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to their current role.
