Alex R.

Alex R. serves as the Chief of Employee and Leader Development at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) since August 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing employee training programs and serving as a technical expert in training operations. Concurrently, Alex has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Davis Defense Group, Inc. since October 2016, focusing on creating training objectives and facilitating instruction in leadership and communication for over 30 students. Previous roles encompass a Training Analyst for the United States Department of the Army, where training strategies were developed, and various managerial positions within the US Marine Corps, responsible for comprehensive training programs impacting hundreds of employees. Alex’s educational background includes a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, a Graduate Certificate in eLearning from George Mason University, an MBA, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University.
