Marianna Martineau

Marianna Martineau, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Enterprise Advisor for Integrated Security Services at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) since October 2024. Martineau's previous roles include Principal at Deep Water Point & Associates, Senior Policy Advisor at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and adjunct faculty instructor at Webster University. With extensive experience at DCSA, prior positions included Chief of Office of Communications & Congressional Affairs and Assistant Director for Adjudications. Martineau also held leadership roles at the Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command, and the Defense Manpower Data Center. An accomplished academic, Martineau holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Management and Computer Information Systems from Park University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organization and Management at Liberty University, along with a fellowship in National Security Policy Studies at Syracuse University.
