Richard Rennolds

Richard Rennolds is an experienced leader in human capital management, currently serving as the Director of the Human Capital Management Office at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) since October 2019, following a brief tenure as Deputy Director at the Defense Security Service. Prior to joining DCSA, Richard held several key positions at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, including Chief of Staff for the Office of the Executive Director and various leadership roles focused on people analytics and learning development. Richard’s earlier experience includes a role as Learning Technology Strategist at Booz Allen Hamilton and Instructional System Designer at Cubic Corporation. Richard holds a Master of Education in Instructional Systems Design from Penn State University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, and an Associate of Science in Social Sciences from Richard Bland College.
