Marryam Chaudhry is a prominent leader in the defense and aerospace sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of XR2LEAD, a woman-owned small business specializing in AI-driven solutions for military training and operational capabilities. With extensive experience in various roles, Marryam is the Chair of the Education Committee at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation, and Education Conference and leads its signature "Black Swan" event. Additionally, Marryam contributes as a mentor for Hacking for Defense® (H4D) and is active in committees for the World Water Forum. As a judge for multiple international VR awards and a member of several defense innovation networks, Marryam plays a crucial role in advancing technology integration within the defense sector. Marryam holds a Master of Public Administration from Quaid-i-Azam University and completed a leadership program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
