Steven J. Pagoaga

Steven J. Pagoaga has over 17 years of experience in military leadership and financial advisory roles. Currently serving as the Deputy Commanding Officer at the Utah Training Center (Army Garrison Camp Williams) within the Utah Army National Guard, Steven oversees training site management and organizational leadership. Previous positions include Division Chief of G3 Operations, Battalion Commander, and Commander of the Officer Candidate School. Additionally, Steven has held various roles focusing on financial advisory services, first as a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors and later at Raymond James, while also contributing to the Department of Defense Investment Board. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Utah.
